Funding will be provided directly to an established film production company with an impressive resume of successful films. Films presently include projects in the Drama, Comedy, and Action genres with production budgets from $1 million to $10 million. Budgeted Amount
Collateralized by Gemstones Verifiably Appraised for 150% of the Budget Amount Returns 6.5% Interest with 2 to 3-Year Term, Interest-Only Payments Until Release OR Returns 8.0% Interest with 2 to 3-Year Term, No Payments Until 1 Month After Release First Money Out - Lender Receives 100% of Producer's Proceeds Until Repaid Associate Producer Credit on the Film OR Venture Capital for 100% of the Budgeted Amount Returns 50% of Producer's Profit in the Film in Perpetuity First Money Out - Investor Receives 100% of Producer's Proceeds Until Repaid Executive Producer Credit on the Film OR Venture Capital for 100% of the Budgeted Amount Collateralized by Gemstones Verifiably Appraised for 150% of the Budget Amount Returns 25% of Producer's Profit in the Film in Perpetuity First Money Out - Investor Receives 100% of Producer's Proceeds Until Repaid Producer Credit on the Film Collateralization: In projects where the funds are collateralized by gemstones, the verifiable appraised value of the gemstones will be 150% of the budgeted amount. Gemstones will be placed in a secure third-party facility with an escrow agreement guaranteeing placement of the collateral until the loan is repaid or the investment returned. Please Note that Confidentiality Agreements will be required prior to the release of the Production Company's information or any information relating to the intellectual property concerning content of the film. Investors' confidentiality assured unless investor prefers publicity associated with a feature film release. Investor/Lender will be invited to the Red Carpet Premier as well as have an opportunity to meet the cast and crew during filming. As with any investment, feature films carry an inherent risk that can be adversely effected by a variety of planned and unplanned forces including, but not limited to market conditions, acts of God, union strikes and activities, etc... and as such, 100% of invested/loaned funds may be lost. Investors/Lenders should conduct their own due diligence and seek professional advice from appropriate professionals prior to committing any funds to any venture. |
